1. Service Area & Charges

   • Free collection and delivery is provided within a 5-mile radius of Southend-on-Sea.

   • For locations beyond 5 miles, a charge of £0.50 per additional mile applies.

2. Booking & Customer Information

   • We only collect name, phone number, and address to arrange collection and delivery.

   • All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Garment Condition

   • Any damages, stains, or special care requirements must be declared before collection.

   • While we take care in handling all items, Karen’s Ironing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or undeclared stains.

4. Collection & Delivery

   • We aim to deliver garments in a timely manner.

   • We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).

5. Payment

   • Payment is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

   • Karen’s Ironing takes pride in professional service, but liability for loss or damage is limited to the replacement or repair of the item.

7. Changes & Cancellations

   • Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice.

8. General

   • These terms are subject to change and the latest version will always apply.
